William C. Todd left little room for improvement Tuesday in a crime spree that saw him commit 10 felonies in nine hours during a bus layover in Nashville. The lengthy list includes carjacking, arson, and robbery at knifepoint. In fact, Todd enjoyed robbery at knifepoint so much that he repeated it to end his day. He was apprehended while attempting to hide, submerged in a water-cooling vat in Opryland.
