KHLOE KARDASHIAN QUITS PETA OVER KIM'S FLOUR-BOMBING
Khloe Kardashian has her sister Kim's flour-covered back.
PETA has pledged to support the woman who flour-bombed the reality star last week if Kim presses charges. In response, Khloe -- who once posed nude for PETA -- has quit the animal-rights group. Yesterday she blogged, "I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise. Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior."
Khloe adds, "As you all know, I don't condone violence and bullying and what happened last Thursday was just that."
PETA has long been an enemy of Kim's because she wears fur.

LINDSAY IN THE CLEAR -- FOR NOW
Lindsay Lohan isn't going to be punished for her latest behind-the-wheel run-in -- at least not yet.
According to TMZ, the alleged hit-and-run incident that LiLo was involved in earlier this month won't have any impact on her probation -- which a judge intends to terminate after her next court appearance. That means Linds is in the clear for her past violations.
But this latest incident, in which a bar manager claims Lindsay struck him and his car, and then fled, is still under investigation. A lawyer for the alleged victim claims that a video shows the hit-and-run clearly, but TMZ sources say there's no clear accident on the tape.
