This position supports multiple Senior Account Executives in maximizing revenue opportunities by assisting with administrative tasks such as order entry management, collection of payment, setting client appointments and facilitating internal communications. Duties also include
  • preparation of sales proposals
  • Handle invoice discrepancy reports and invoice transactions
  • Generate revenue projection and billing reports for your team
  • Create promotional recaps for advertising clients
  • Pull research on agency avails
  • Develop and maintain client contact list
  • Send daily log times to clients
  • Assist Account Executives with material preparation
  • Process sales orders, traffic instructions, and promotional paperwork
  • Cover the reception duties as necessary
  • Other assignments as needed to facilitate sales opportunities
  • Update radio station media kits and sales promotional packages

Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent communications skills
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Radio experience a PLUS
